My fitness journey has evolved massively since I first stepped into the gym in January 2019. What started as a way to overcome insecurities became a deep passion and now, a lifestyle rooted in self-discipline, confidence, and growth.
Over the years, I’ve experienced the full spectrum: gaining, losing, and maintaining weight. In 2024, I went through a phase where I wasn’t prioritising my health and ended up gaining 10kg from poor eating habits and lack of balance. But I didn’t let that setback define me, instead, I used it as fuel to reset, rebuild, and come back stronger.

By May 2025, I had lost half that weight and reconnected with the discipline and mindset that first brought me into fitness. My journey isn’t about perfection, t’s about progress, ownership, and showing up even when it’s hard.
Now, I use my personal experiences to motivate and empower others to become stronger, healthier, and more confident versions of themselves. I know what it feels like to start over, to struggle with consistency, and to chase results that sometimes feel slow, but I also know what it feels like to overcome that and reach your goals.
As a fitness coach and enthusiast, my mission is to guide others through sustainable, personalised training and nutrition plans that don’t just change your body, they transform your mindset and lifestyle.
